Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly experienced Senior Building Surveyor Leader to join their team on a remote/hybrid basis, covering the West Midlands area.

About the Company

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is a specialist in providing building surveying services, academy surveying, funding, and estates strategy planning to education clients nationwide.

Job Summary

The Senior Building Surveyor Leader will be responsible for delivering new build and refurbishment education projects, as well as estates and energy strategies to academies trusts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement estate strategies, contract administration, and project-based works
  • Collaborate with clients on projects across the region
  • Provide regular updates to the head office on a weekly basis
  • Deliver and manage education refurbishment and new build construction projects
  • Work with academies trusts on estates and energy strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a consultancy environment
  • MRICS qualified
  • Ability to bring education clients on board and complete business development duties
  • Knowledge of building and construction in the education sector
  • Driving licence essential
  • Strong communication skills
