Job Title: EYFS Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Practitioner to join our team of educators. As an EYFS Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in academic and social activities
  • Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils
  • Implement the daily routine and plan age-appropriate activities in conjunction with other staff
  • Assist children in personal/intimate care and regularly evaluate their development
  • Liaise with parents/carers of children, only when directed by a school's class teacher
  • Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 2 references
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Hold a qualification that meets the approved 'full and relevant' criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion of staffing ratios
