Facilities Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of all equipment on site, ensuring that all machinery and engineering facilities are working effectively and to a high standard.
- Engineering Support: Support the engineering team to close out any corrective actions in a timely manner, and lead by example in providing good Health and Safety guidance to both visitors and contractors.
- Deputy Engineering Manager: Deputise for the Engineering Manager in their absence, ensuring that all engineering activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Compliance and Reporting: Comply and maintain safe production processes, including following appropriate food safety and Health and Safety procedures, while keeping data and reports up to date.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance: Support by carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance actions on a daily basis, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.
- Project Management: Plan, control and implement agreed project works, within given timescales, and use Company business software where necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate and timely records of root causes of failures and work carried out, and be able to review and make improvements to customer service.
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
