About the Job:This role requires a strong understanding of change frameworks, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify and escalate risks. You will work closely with the Operational Change Senior leadership team and senior stakeholders across finance, capacity planning, and wider change teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain standardized project management processes (PMO Change Framework).
- Provide exceptional resource management, prioritization, impact assessment, financial, and outcome tracking.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills both internally and externally with the ability to challenge and influence.
- Ability to identify and communicate risks and develop sufficient mechanisms to mitigate.
- Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
