Work Schedule: 15 hours per week (part-time) - the shift pattern consists of 2 out of 7 daytime hours (8:00am - 4:00pm) with availability required throughout the week. There are no split shifts or evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Specialist, your primary focus will be in the kitchen, where you will assist in preparing and presenting delectable dishes from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Your culinary creations will be served directly to our visitors. Following the guidelines of our 'National Trust Cookbook', you will measure, mix, and prepare ingredients. You will also assist with deliveries and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen to comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring smooth service operations. We will provide you with a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in food safety and allergens, as well as any necessary mentoring.
