We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team at JOB SWITCH LTD as an HR Assistant. As a key member of our Employee Experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing proactive support to our colleagues throughout their employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle generalist queries, including general inquiries, payroll, and early employee relations support, in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the immediate team to ensure colleagues receive an excellent level of service and can access professional, reliable, and accurate advice to progress their requirements.
- Incorporate teamwork, positivity, and innovative thinking into daily work to drive success in this role.
