Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all technical aspects of regulatory administration and compliance across the global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with EU and UK regulations, including the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR), REACH Regulation, and CLP Regulation.
  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Prepare and supply SDS in multiple languages, as well as manage the SDS database.
  • Labeling and Documentation: Update and maintain labels of Technical Grade active substances and Manufacturing Use Products (MUP) drums in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Translation and Coordination: Coordinate translation of key documents, including summaries of product characteristics and product master labels.
  • Regulatory Support: Provide support on and monitor developments in EU and UK regulations, as well as guidance on global and EU/UK specific Transport regulations.
  • Registration and Notification: Monitor annual tonnages and maintenance of registrations under EU, UK, and Turkish REACH, and coordinate and oversee generation of IUCLID Poison Centre Notification (PCN) dossiers.
Requirements
  • Education: BSc or MSc or PhD in biological science or chemistry field or similar.
  • Experience: Solid experience working with EU chemical regulations, in particular the BPR and REACH.
  • Skills: Sound knowledge and experience of working with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) creation software, excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, and knowledge of other European languages desirable.
  • Personal Qualities: Willingness to adapt to a continuously evolving business environment, strong teamwork ethics, and ability to efficiently deliver in a truly multicultural environment.
