**Job Summary:

Chase and Holland is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in Buxton. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and operations staff, driving sales growth, and maintaining excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily sales and operations of the branch
  • Communicate and provide knowledge to meet the needs of our customer base via telesales and the sales counter
  • Organize maintenance of the vans, including services and MOTs
  • Lead by example and make decisions to drive business growth
  • Motivate the team to hit targets while providing outstanding customer service
  • Promote offers and promotions to the customer network
  • Maintain or exceed profit margins on sales made

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years motor factor sales experience
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to effectively train and guide sales team
  • A smart personal appearance and professional manner
