Zur Verstärkung des Supply Chain-Teams wird nun ein Teamleiter für die Produktionsplanung gesucht.

In dieser Position berichten Sie an den Manager der Materialplanung und sind verantwortlich für ein Team von 2 Materialplanern, die drei Abteilungen innerhalb des Unternehmens abdecken. Da das Unternehmen bisher nicht viele der erforderlichen Prozesse benötigt hat, stellt diese Rolle eine Herausforderung dar, bei der Sie die Zustimmung und das Vertrauen der bestehenden Mitarbeiter gewinnen sowie Veränderungsbereiche identifizieren und umsetzen müssen.

Aufgaben des Teamleiters für die Produktionsplanung umfassen:

  • Analyse der MRP-Ausgaben, Erstellung von Produktionsplänen und Priorisierung von Arbeitsaufträgen zur Optimierung der Produktion.
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Produktionspläne für alle Produkte im gesamten Unternehmen auf die Erreichung der finalen Produktverfügbarkeit abgestimmt sind.
