Job Description

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a main contractor on residential refurbishment projects, managing multiple sites up to the value of £10-15 million.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Procurement, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.
  • Leadership and management of a team of staff.
  • Excellent client engagement skills and commercially aware.
  • Valid driving licence and competent use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5 years' experience working for a refurbishment main contractor.
  • Minimum 2 years working as a Contracts Manager.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Good data interrogation skills.
  • SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid at Work, and relevant NVQ desirable.
