Thornbury Community Services is seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Paediatric Nurse with Complex Care experience, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children with complex medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Paediatric Nursing within the last 2 years
- Proven experience in Complex Care and Tracheostomy Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
