Job Summary:

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Paediatric Nurse with Complex Care experience, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children with complex medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Paediatric Nursing within the last 2 years

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
