About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meter Reader - Field Service Representative to join our team at Greenbean. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive accurate and up-to-date bills by collecting data from gas, electric, and water meters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect data from meters using hand-held electronic devices and other equipment
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection to meet customer needs
  • Report any dangerous meter installations or suspected signs of tampering
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your schedule and workload to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with field delivery managers to plan routes and prioritize tasks
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence

  • Ability to pass screening and vetting standards and a DBS check
