Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Melton Financial Ltd, servicing clients with their mortgage and protection needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with our partners at Brunton Residential to provide expert advice and guidance to customers purchasing their dream home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with the Brunton Residential team through open communication
  • Conducting appointments via phone, zoom, and in-person to provide expert advice
  • Managing a flow of new leads, pipeline building, and customer care
  • Providing the right advice to meet customers' needs and attract new business

Requirements:

  • Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
  • Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
  • Motivated to be successful and always do the right thing for the customer
  • CeMAP qualifications and CAS preferable but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary with OTE £40-60k per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 Hours per week
  • Weekend availability

  • Mortgage and protection adviser: 1 year (required)
