Job Title: Materials Store Person

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the warehouse team at Prysmian Cables in Wrexham as a Materials Stores Person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load wagons of materials and scrap
  • Input data into SAP and account for all stock movements
  • Use the inventory control system (Kanban) to load with materials
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-moving factory environment
  • Knowledge of the cables and components business (not essential)
  • Training on Reach and Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck
  • High level of drive and energy
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to use initiative
  • Forward planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, team working and communication skills
  • Basic keyboard skills and IT aptitude for input and access data
