Job Title: Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd. in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone.

Job Purpose:

To assemble plant items on the factory floor, ensuring high-quality products are dispatched to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts according to drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Record and report any issues or problems to the supervisor.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks as required.
  • Ensure safe use of equipment and adherence to company policies.
  • Contribute to general housekeeping and maintenance of the factory and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
  • Dependable and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to develop and adapt to new situations.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Forklift Licence or Cherry Picker Licence.
