Job Summary:

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Children's Safeguarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Family Safeguarding team, you will work alongside families to support and develop motivations for change, improving outcomes for vulnerable young people and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with families to identify and address safeguarding concerns
  • Develop and implement plans to support families in need
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective support and interventions
  • Conduct assessments and risk assessments to inform decision-making
  • Provide guidance and support to families to promote positive change

Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification
  • Experience as a Social Worker in children's services
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Driving License and access to vehicle
