Key Responsibilities

Flexibility is essential as tasks may vary based on business requirements. Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Preparation and serving of food and beverages to patrons
  • Barista responsibilities – crafting a range of hot and cold drinks
  • Restocking and managing inventory
  • Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions
  • Maintaining a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional service
  • General maintenance of both front and back areas
  • Completing daily documentation and keeping accurate records
  • Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Cleaning and organizing to uphold high cleanliness standards
  • Setting up additional customer-facing areas as required
  • Engaging in relevant training, including obtaining Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 certifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, although comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
  • A DBS check will be required
