Asset Delivery Specialist

Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled Asset Officer to join its Asset Delivery team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of 6, contributing to a mix of office, home, and site-based work. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting thorough stock condition surveys and property inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance.
* Identifying required asset improvements in line with business plans, developing strategies, and delivering high-quality services.
* Managing cyclical and capital work projects in accordance with legislation, making informed recommendations.
* Overseeing the delivery of mixed tenure work programmes in accordance with the organisation's financial policies and procedures.
* Opportunities for professional development, including training to become a DEA assessor to complete Energy Performance Certificates for Sanctuary Properties.
* Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
* Utilizing Microsoft packages proficiently and experience with drone operations for inspection is desirable.
* Domestic Energy Assessor qualified/experience is desirable, with a willingness to complete training subject to satisfactory performance after 12 months.

The role salary is £31,611 with an additional policy allowance of £4,760 per annum (rising to £33,275 with an additional policy allowance of £5,011 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance).
