Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance, with extensive knowledge of the industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver top and bottom-line performance and growth, organically and inorganically.
  • Experience of managing client relationships and building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.
  • People management skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and guiding others.
