Senior Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are excited to be working with an outstanding brand, driven by delivering exceptional consumer experiences. Following the implementation of key commercial changes, the business has identified a need to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the CTO, Director of Property, and key operational stakeholders in driving existing and future commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to support business growth and profitability
  • Run the investment appraisal process for key projects and develop business cases for the C-Suite
  • Improve insight for the Tech and Capital teams through detailed analysis and commercial partnering
  • Contribute to the development of the wider business strategy, focusing on accuracy, attention to detail, and hands-on problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Post-qualified commercial finance individual with a sound commercial mindset
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A analysis, commercial finance, or business partnering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a collaborative culture, with a high level of autonomy and influence over business decisions
