As a Careers Guidance Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering young people across Cornwall, Devon, and Dorset by providing comprehensive careers advice, guidance, and support. You will work directly with individuals and groups of students at schools and colleges, helping them navigate their educational and career pathways.
We offer flexible working arrangements to suit your preferences, including full-time, part-time, zero-hour, term-time, fixed-term, and permanent contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized careers guidance sessions to students of all ages.
- Facilitate group workshops on various career exploration topics.
- Provide support and resources to help students make informed decisions about their future.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational and employment opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
You will possess a Level 6 (CIAG) qualification in Careers Guidance and have demonstrable experience working with young people in an educational setting.
