The Best Connection - Derby is seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team on a night shift basis. As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, adhering to all working time and tachograph regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles on night shifts, ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Liaise with the transport team, loading/unloading customers, and security teams
  • Perform pre-vehicle and trailer checks, load checks, and complete related paperwork
  • Adhere to all working time and tachograph regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve skills
