Position Overview:
As a Logistics Associate, your prior experience with counterbalance forklifts will serve as a solid foundation for this position, and you will be encouraged to pursue Reach truck training and professional growth.

Collaboration:
Success in this role hinges on your ability to work effectively with the Stores team, ensuring clear communication regarding order discrepancies with the Buyer and promptly escalating any issues to your Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and meticulously recording the traceability of all raw materials, equipment, spare parts, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), consumables, and client-supplied materials on site. It is essential to handle and store all items in accordance with the specifications outlined in datasheets, as well as the guidelines established by our on-site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality functions.


Key Duties:
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery transfer orders and purchase order lines.
  • Confirm that materials match the purchase order; report any discrepancies to the Buyer or Quality Assurance Department.
  • Review transfer order materials against the accompanying paperwork and report any inconsistencies.
  • Maintain material traceability and accurately log deliveries into the Warehouse Record Log (WRL).
  • Analyze and upload material certifications, notifying Quality Assurance of any irregularities.
  • Update project material documentation as deliveries arrive to prevent production delays.
  • Store materials in their designated areas or issue them to the appropriate team.
  • Pick and issue materials as specified on a parts list, both electronically and physically, ensuring complete material traceability.
  • Safeguard materials designated for inventory.
  • Uphold excellent housekeeping standards in the stores and yard areas.
  • Conduct daily forklift inspections, identifying any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
  • Be fully knowledgeable and compliant with departmental and company policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring all tasks are performed in accordance with these standards.
  • Load and unload vehicles using a counterbalance forklift.
  • Remove and store materials in the warehouse using a D2 reach truck, accurately recording locations in the WRL system.
  • Respond to email requests promptly to avoid project delays.
