- Managing a well-established 4-bed residential care home
- Focusing on delivering quality care for girls aged 11-17
- Ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of the service
- Working collaboratively with the team to recruit, train, and mentor staff
- Full-time, permanent role with on-call responsibilities
Compensation and Perks:
- Attractive salary package up to £58,300
- Welcome bonus of £1,000
- Opportunity for performance-related bonuses of up to 10%
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Experience in a Deputy or Registered Management capacity
- Possession of a valid driving license
