Key Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison

Team Management

Recruit, train, and manage a team of cleaning supervisors and operatives to ensure that our cleaning standards are consistently maintained.

Performance Management

Monitor and manage the performance of our cleaning team, including holiday and sickness cover, to ensure that our cleaning standards are consistently maintained.

Budget Management

Manage and report on our cleaning budget, including the allocation of cleaning hours and works.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our cleaning operations are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, and that all necessary health and safety procedures are followed.

Quality Assurance

Conduct regular audits to ensure that our cleaning standards are consistently maintained, and implement corrective action as necessary.

Communication

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that our cleaning services meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role, preferably in a similar industry.

Qualifications

Full UK driving license.

Skills

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
