As a Marketing & Events Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business initiatives and events. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to leverage existing marketing materials and expertise, as well as coordinating with external agencies to develop and launch marketing campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators
- Propose and develop marketing contributions to projects, aligning with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Design and develop marketing materials, including physical and digital assets, to support business initiatives and events.
- Measure and track marketing success metrics, including KPIs and ROI, to inform future marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement events strategies to raise brand awareness and engage with customers, both internally and externally.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in marketing and events management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including brand management and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and measure success.
