About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver goods to various locations in the Northampton area
  • Operate a Class 1 vehicle, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to plan and optimize routes
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and condition
Requirements
  • Valid C+E category on your driving license, held for at least 1 year
  • Minimum 1 year driving experience
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your license
  • Valid driver CPC qualification
  • Valid digital tachograph card
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: £18.00 - £44.78
  • Regular work across the week and weekends
  • Every minute is paid, including breaks
  • Overtime paid after 47.5 hours in a week
  • Free on-site parking
  • Automatically enrolled in company pension after 3 months
  • Entitled to holiday pay
Working Hours
  • Shifts available between 00:00 and 09:00, or nights 20:00-00:00
  • Shifts are between 10 and 14 hours long
