Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Chester office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities management, including maintenance and upkeep of the office
  • Financial administration, including budgeting and expense tracking
  • Attend and take minutes at Board and senior leadership team meetings
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of actions and action plans
  • Support with the production of reports and papers, including data collation
  • Prepare management reports for the Marketing and Recruitment Director
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and travel arrangements

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint
  • Experience in diary management using Outlook 365
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
