Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking a skilled Supervisor/Foreman to join their team and assist in managing groundworks and civils contracts across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors, with a strong background in site supervision, quality assurance, and labor management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Implementing quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
  • Managing labor resources and allocating tasks to team members.

Requirements for the role include:

  • CSCS certification.
  • SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
  • NPORS/CPCS certification.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in the construction industry.
