Job Title: Achats - Contract Manager de service F/H

Fraser Edwards Recruitment is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering new build and refurbishment construction projects on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with site managers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project finances, including budgets and cash flow, to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of site safety inspections and audits.
  • Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Effective communication and liaison with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including site diaries, meeting minutes, and project reports.
  • Collaborate with the quantity surveyor to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including data protection and equality of opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NHBC regulations and construction industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
