About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Consultant to join our team at Equisoft. As a key member of our Insurance Directorate, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic business advice and go-to market strategies to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic business advice and go-to market strategies to clients
  • Develop and implement operating models and evaluations of digital transformation solutions
  • Lead the analysis and design of strategic business solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct thorough analysis and design of business solutions, including the development of business cases and implementation plans
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with 5+ years in a change or operations team
  • Hands-on business change and/or business architecture experience
  • Ability to take responsibility for and lead the analysis and design of strategic business solutions
  • Extremely thorough, inquisitive, and hard-working behaviors
  • A genuine desire to improve outcomes for clients and consumers
  • Excellent people and communication skills, able to confidently converse with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of building strong business relationships
  • Innovative and with a strong ability to articulate ideas, bringing them to life visually and presenting them to clients and stakeholders
  • Good understanding of IT fundamentals and different categories of FS systems
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm to make a difference for Equisoft
  • A willingness to travel within the UK and globally, and undertake varying roles at clients
