About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Mecca Bingo team in Birkenhead. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the venue, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive team culture.
