Job Title: Senior Sustainability Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Advisor to join our team at Fawkes & Reece. As a key member of our sustainability function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company and client reporting standards are met across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with project teams to develop and monitor community social benefit initiatives.
  • Conduct site compliance audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure sustainability best practices are implemented.
  • Develop and maintain sustainability reports and analysis for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BREEAM, ISO14001, and other industry standards.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
