Smart City Recruiters Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Trainer and Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our clients in the telecommunications industry.

• Develop and deliver training programs for telecoms professionals, focusing on FTTP Service Delivery.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date with the latest training and accreditation requirements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to individuals to achieve accreditation and improve workmanship.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on Service Delivery.
• Hold a range of existing telecommunications accreditations.
• Experience in training and assessing within the telecommunications industry.
• Training and assessing qualifications desirable.
• NRSWA supervisor qualifications desirable.
• Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including fixed and mobile networks.
