Financial Performance Analyst

**Role Overview**

As a Financial Performance Analyst at Aston Martin, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across the Vehicle Life Cycle (VLC) team. You will provide financial guidance, control, and reporting to support the delivery of key investment, material, and inventory cost targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support the VLC team in achieving effective communication and achievement of key targets across cross-departmental interfaces.
* Collaborate with project teams to deliver the Business Plan, focusing on planning and forecasting activities.
* Execute project financial control, including spend requests and budget adjustments.
* Prepare and review monthly management information across projects, highlighting resource, profitability, CAPEX, and other key metrics.
* Ensure capital and expense project approval, budgeting, and forecasting are accurately managed.

**Requirements**

* You will report to the Senior Manager – Finance Operations and work closely with internal clients.
* You will be comfortable working from the Gaydon headquarters at least 2 days per week.
* You will be at least at the beginning of your journey in gaining your CIMA/ACCA qualification and have experience in driving projects in a manufacturing environment.
* High-level Excel skills and experience working with accounting ERPs are essential.
