Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Candour Talent Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement planned and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve targets for delivery, quality, and efficiency.
  • Operate in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, departmental procedures, and company policy.
  • Communicate problems and issues that impact manufacturing schedules or maintenance plans.
Requirements:
  • HNC or equivalent in an electrical or mechanical engineering discipline.
  • Experience in carrying out electrical fault finding, repairs, and installation work.
  • Experience with fault finding on PLC-controlled systems, sensors, and switches.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance and routine checks, including fire system tests.
  • Ability to use drawings, manuals, and circuit diagrams appropriately.
