About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced security professional to join our team. As a Safety & Security Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our property, team members, and guests. This will involve conducting floor walks, investigating incidents, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular floor walks to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting and reporting findings to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including team members, guests, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with security best practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
