Financial Services Administrator

We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading independent financial advice firm to find a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join their dynamic team.
About the Role:
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide essential support to the financial adviser and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing new business applications efficiently and effectively, managing the entire process from start to finish.
- Communicating with clients and providers via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Updating and maintaining the back-office system (Intelligent Office) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial adviser administration, with a strong understanding of new business processing.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent communication skills.
- A solid understanding of pensions and investments.
