About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales Team in Merthyr as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, enhancing their digital lives, and discussing the right products and services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of EE's products and services, ensuring you can confidently discuss their benefits and features with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer interactions and sales performance.
