MET Technician

We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our Bodyshop team in Darlington. As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out all necessary mechanical and body work on allocated jobs, dismantling vehicles ready for the panel shop, and carrying out inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out mechanical and body work on allocated jobs
- Dismantling vehicles ready for the panel shop
- Carrying out inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work
- Ordering replacement parts
- Reassembling the vehicle with new parts as required to pre-accident condition
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an MET Technician in a Bodyshop environment
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician who would be happy to do an MET role within a busy Accident Repair Bodyshop
- Full and valid driving license
