This role is part of the Organisational Development and Professional Learning (OD&PL) team at the University of Leeds. The team contributes to the continued success of the university by providing a range of courses, events, resources, and advice to support the learning and development of staff and postgraduate researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and responding to high volumes of enquiries, bookings, and preparation of resources for the administration team.
  • Supporting organisational development and working closely with colleagues throughout the university to support continuous improvement and organisational change.
  • Contributing to the development of courses, events, and resources to support the learning and development of staff and postgraduate researchers.
