We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Mentor and support colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Role model professional behaviours and adhere to our company values.
- Hourly pay rate of £21.63.
- Paid NMC PIN renewal.
