Visual Merchandiser - Rimmel

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Coty, responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences for our Rimmel brand. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and brand awareness through effective visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and brand awareness across our Grocery and Pharmacy retailers.
  • Collaborate with the VM Leader and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in execution and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Manage and maintain high-quality visual displays, fixtures, and point-of-sale materials to ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Forecast and plan the Grocery and Pharmacy portion of the A&CP budget, tracking spend versus budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and agencies to ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of in-store displays.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform visual merchandising strategies and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, in-store strategy, or trade marketing with a strong passion for in-store and beauty.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative eye, and appreciation of aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry, including trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and have knowledge of materials.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial but not essential.
