## Job Title: Production Quality Control Manager

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Control Manager to join our team at Tailor Made Resources. As a market leader in the Fresh Produce sector, our client is an established and highly successful importer, working with a diverse portfolio of products destined for UK retailers.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage a small QC team on a night-shift to ensure all product is checked and approved to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations.
* Communicate effectively between departments on product usage and rotation, ensuring all standards are met and logged appropriately.
* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

### Requirements

* Previous experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance at Supervisory/Team Leader level.
* Fresh Produce knowledge required, with exposure to Fruit products advantageous.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently when required.

### What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate of £14.44.
* 4-on-4-off night shift schedule.
