About the RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for fostering lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches. You'll also engage with top talent, guiding them through the interview and offer process, and negotiate terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
