Job Summary
The University of Essex is seeking a skilled and experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join its Academic Section. As a key member of the Student Development service, you will provide administrative support for the use of an electronic practice assessment document (ePad) for health and social care students across different Schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, answer, and escalate queries raised in relation to assessment in practice placements
- Provide ePad administrative support to ensure that data and information is correct and accurate for users on their ePad software
- Administer new & existing cohort accounts on ePad and create reports via the ePad
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Skills in administration, customer service, communication, and experience of using databases and Microsoft Office
- A level or NVQ Level 3 qualifications and a sound understanding of Information Technology software use
