Quantitative Insights Lead

Harrington Starr is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Insights Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Insights Team, you will be responsible for leading advanced research and data insights to inform our organization's strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on quantitative analysis, both in-house and externally commissioned
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality data insights inform our communications, marketing, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure high technical and analytical standards throughout all in-house and externally commissioned data analysis
  • Collaborate with research colleagues to ensure the wider business has the evidence, data, and insights to support its prevention and treatment programs
  • Provide agile and timely data, statistics, and quantitative insights to address emerging issues

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of quantitative analytical methods, including statistical, econometric, or data science methods
  • Demonstrable professional experience in a relevant data/quantitative/survey research environment
  • Knowledge of analytical and statistical quality assurance approaches
  • Advanced statistical and data manipulation skills with proficiency in data analysis or statistical software packages (e.g., R, Stata, Python, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting research findings to non-specialist audiences
