Job Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Salary: 30k OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient processing of new, used, and fleet vehicle orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Sales Department
- Process vehicle orders efficiently and accurately
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the achievement of industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
Requirements:
- Computer literacy is essential
- At least 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Administrator is required
- Previous experience within a main dealership in the Motor Trade is necessary
- A proven track record of accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders is desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
- Flexibility during busy periods is an advantage
