Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise multiple flat roofing and facade projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of construction.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  • Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a culture of productivity and quality.
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize project delays.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction management, particularly in flat roofing and facades.
  • Possession of a Black CSCS Card.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities to inspire and guide site teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline are advantageous.
