We are seeking a highly skilled Land Director to join our team at Thomas Gray, a leading privately owned house builder. As a key member of our land team, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition of new sites within the home counties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of buying sites and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders. You will be comfortable working under the direction of the Group Land Director and Managing Director, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and expertise in your field.
